It's hard to imagine what it was like for Paris to grow up in the Presidential Suite at New York City's posh Waldorf-Astoria, bouncing between family digs in Beverly Hills and The Hamptons, getting her first credit card at age 13, or celebrating her 21st birthday with extravagant parties in Tokyo, London, New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas at a reported cost of $75,000 each. Although it's good to be a Hilton, it was merely a jumping-off point for Paris. This disciple of the Kabbalah, and high-school dropout, could have been satisfied with the pampered life of a rich, notorious socialite. But there is more to Paris Hilton than stepping out of limousines amid a fireworks display of paparazzi flashbulbs, especially when you consider she just completed filming the third season of the Fox-TV "fish-out-of-water" hit reality show, The Simple Life , and also is starring in two new movies scheduled for release in 2005 - National Lampoon's Pledge This , and House of Wax by producer Joel Silver of The Matrix . Paris reportedly has been offered licensing deals for cosmetics and electronic products, television commercials, and spin-off TV shows. She partnered with businessman Fred Khalilian to create Club Paris, the newest celebrity nightclub chain that kicked off in Las Vegas and Orlando the first of the year, with plans for New York, Miami, and London clubs that will earn her a reportedly seven-figure bonus. The first opened at Vegas' Aladdin Hotel in January, "Las Vegas is hot, Planet Hollywood is hot, and I wanted to be part of the newest, hottest resort in Las Vegas," says Paris . It's hard to find something she hasn't discovered to add her name to! Although the Hilton family is involved in a multitude of venues with the enormous hotel chain alone totaling over 2,000 properties, are we surprised that Paris Hilton garners the most attention?
